DAY BY DAY BREAKDOWN
The Route
Day 1
Arrival at Lisboa International Airport. Travel to Sintra (about 25 minutes). Check-in at the amazing Penha Longa Resort. Enjoy a gourmet dinner Lab Restaurant, by Chef Sergi Arola, awarded with a Michelin star.
Day 2
Golf at Penha Longa Atlantic Course or enroll one of the many workshops at the resort. There is a lot to see and do at the precinct. In the afternoon, a guided sightseeing tour of whimsical Sintra, including the magical Palácio da Pena, the luxurious Monserrate Palace and the fairytale-like Historic Centre. Today you’ll have free time for dinner.
Day 3
Fall in love with Lisboa old-world charm and be amazed by Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Belém Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos and Belém riverfront, landmarks of the Discoveries period. Have a traditional Portuguese lunch at famous restaurant Solar dos Presuntos. Visit the up-hill St. George Castle, “Sé” Cathedral and Pombalin Downtown.
Day 4
Travel to Algarve (about 3 hours) and golf at paradisiac San Lorenzo Course or enjoy a relaxing spa treatment at Vale do Lobo Royal Spa. Indulge yourself in the Algarve sun. Dinner at the gorgeous fine ding restaurant of Dona Filipa Hotel.
Day 5
Golf at Dom Pedro Victoria Course or discover Faro, Algarve’s capital. Stroll along the streets of Old Town, visit the Cathedral and be amazed by the Bone Chapel (Capela dos Ossos). Recover with a relaxing massage at Dolce Deluxe Spa.
Day 6
Golf at Pinheiros Altos or enjoy a shopping spree at the eclectic Quinta Shopping. Find out why everyone is in love with Algarve’s beaches and get adventurous with aquatic adventures. Perfect for quality family time.
Day 7
It’s time to go home and feel the exclusive Portuguese Word – Saudade. Check-out and transfer to Faro International Airport.
